This is a website created collaboratively by several concerned citizens of West Rutland, Vermont.

We did not receive any funding from any organization to create this website - in fact, I (Roger) am hosting it completely for free. The developer is using a technology called Jekyll to generate the website from templates, and building the templates with my own knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
